Let Me Help You Bridge the Gap!
If you are interested in my services, feel like I am the right doula for you, but are outside my travel radius, I want to make sure you have access anyway! If you are interested in any service, please fill out the contact form below. For you to secure any doula services, a Meet the Doula meeting is required. To secure virtual services, a Zoom meeting or FaceTime will be scheduled.
Scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to make a decision about committing to my doula services during the consultation or directly afterwards. I understand this is an important decision for you.

Virtual Baby Steps Postpartum Care

One FaceTime call previous to your birth during which we can discuss what you will expect you will need the most resources or help with during postpartum

Two FaceTime or phone calls per week for mama's "fourth trimester" (a period of four weeks)

This is a time for you to discuss your birth experience and talk about your postpartum experience

Phone consultations as needed up to six weeks postpartum
