Named after my sister's favorite flower, this service is a resource to help you through the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum season of your life as well as a celebration of your pregnancy and your baby's birth.

This service includes:

• Prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, questions, and concerns 

• Support throughout your labor and birth

• Immediate postpartum support

• Postpartum support meals, discussing your birth, and help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Phone consultations as needed up to six weeks postpartum

 

Prenatal Services. I will meet with you to

• become acquainted

• explore and discuss your priorities, options, fears, or questions 

• discuss your birth plan and advocacy options

• and discuss how we might best work together.

We will also discuss how you best cope with pain and fatigue and what your expectations are regarding the involvement of your significant other, supporting, friends, or family members. Prenatal and postpartum visits will be held at the client's residence.

During labor and birth. Throughout your labor and delivery, I offer help and advice with pain coping techniques and comfort measures. I will remain with you throughout your labor and delivery for support and advocacy.

After delivery. I will remain with you for at least two hours after delivery or longer until you are comfortable and your family is ready for quiet time together.

 

Postpartum. I offer a minimum of six 1-hour postpartum visits within six weeks after your birth. During those visits, we will discuss your birth experience and any questions you may have. I can also provide you with helpful resources. You will have access to me via phone consultations as needed up to six weeks postpartum.

Financial Information. The price of Prenatal to Postpartum Care is $550. I want to make sure my services are available and affordable to you. Payment plans are available. If you have any questions or concerns about financial issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
